- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about the work you want done, when you call, text, email, or chat with us.
- Service records: visit dates, work completed, photos of completed work, invoices, and payment status.
- Website data: basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected through standard website tools.
Card payments are processed by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
How we use your information
- To provide estimates, schedule service, and complete the work you request
- To send appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, and payment reminders
- To respond to your questions and requests
- To send promotional emails, only if you have agreed to receive them (we never send promotional text messages)
- To keep accurate business records and meet legal obligations
How we contact you
Email is our main way of keeping in touch. We use it for estimates, scheduling, service updates, invoices, and payment reminders. We may also call you, and we use text messages sparingly, mainly for time-sensitive service updates.
Email communications
Service and billing emails, such as invoices, payment reminders, and schedule changes, are part of providing your service. If you agree to receive offers or promotions by email, every promotional email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from promotions does not stop service and billing emails while you are an active customer.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about estimates, scheduling, service updates, invoices, and payment reminders. We do not send promotional text messages. We keep texts to a minimum. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our scheduling, communication, and payment systems, and only as needed to provide our services. We may also disclose information when required by law.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages.
- Click unsubscribe in any promotional email to stop receiving offers.
- Tell us whether you prefer to be contacted by email, phone, or text.
- Ask us to update or correct your contact or service information.
- Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal or billing purposes.
Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
