These terms apply to services provided by Rocco Services, Inc. ("Rocco Services," "we," "us") and to your use of this website. By requesting an estimate or scheduling service, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide lawn care, landscaping, yard design, outdoor lighting, sprinkler, and related property services in Central Florida. The scope, price, and schedule for your work are set in your estimate or service agreement.

Scheduling and weather

Recurring service follows a regular schedule. Rain and severe weather can delay visits. When that happens, we reschedule as soon as conditions allow.

Payment

Payment terms, due dates, and any late fees are listed on your invoice or service agreement. We may pause recurring service on accounts with unpaid balances.

Property access

You agree to give our crew reasonable access to the areas being serviced, and to let us know about pets, gate codes, sprinkler heads, buried lines, or other hazards ahead of time.

Communications

By becoming a customer, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone about your service, including estimates, scheduling, service updates, invoices, and payment reminders. Email is our primary method of communication. We send text messages only to customers who separately agree to receive them, and we keep texts to a minimum. Please keep your email address current so you receive invoices and service notices.

SMS program terms

  • Program: Rocco Services, Inc. sends text messages about estimates, appointment scheduling, service updates, invoices, and payment reminders to customers who agree to receive them.
  • How to opt in: You may opt in to receive text messages by checking the consent box in the chat on our website. The box is optional and unchecked by default.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service schedule and requests. We keep texts to a minimum and use email for most communication.
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
